Retirement Living Apartments & Villas
Choose from one- and two-bedroom apartments where you can take in a sunset from the rooftop terrace or meet with neighbors in common areas. Villa layouts include two-bedroom and two-bedroom/den plans with one or two-car garages. Residents gather for neighborhood picnics, and you can watch the birds nesting in the treetops.
Each living option includes electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, in-home washer and dryer, emergency call system, smoke detector and individually-controlled heating and air conditioning.

Entrance Fee Plans
The entrance fee plans include apartments and villas that allow residents to take advantage of the many services and amenities on campus. Monthly fees cover day-to-day services and maintenance.
Rentals
Rental apartments at Masonic Village provide an opportunity for residents to live in a one or two-bedroom apartment paying a monthly rental fee in lieu of paying an entrance fee and monthly service fee.
